Review: A bold & beautiful story, The Shameless Betrayal, that revolves around women’s power. Kudos to the author Rashmi Singh, who has portrayed the characters very well; you can’t put it down once you start reading. She has penned down the portrayals of women, dominated by the male chauvinists & badly hurt. Still, her characters Mitali & Madhu had the strength to stand against life’s odds instead of recoiling into their shells; they fought back & carved out a niche for themselves & gained fame, money & power in the world of journalism. One of the strong characters is Mitali, who proved that a woman can simultaneously lead a life of beauty & beast. She took revenge on her ex-lover, who was a spoilt brat & saw women as a sex object, who made her life hell till she lived.

Another character, Priyatama Gopal Seth, is a strong contender in this novel who rescues Mitali & gives his name & fame to survive. Another bold character, Madhu, who was ridiculed by their cousins & married to an older man, manages to escape the mess. Mitali comes as a saviour in Madhu’s life and helps her take her place in Priyatama’s life. Madhu is a dynamic self & knows how to tackle men who try to allure her & betray the spoilt men of society. The author has portrayed it very boldly, but it is thought-provoking and interesting. Book a copy & enjoy the story, you will love it!!!

What binds them is Priyatam Gopal Seth, “Tam”, the handsome, faintly eccentric Editor-in-Chief of Future Tech Media, Mumbai. Their passion knows no bounds, and their fight for the truth to save him builds, improbably, into a family. Rashmi Singh — novelist, self-help author, portrait painter and bilingual poet — turns newsroom ambition into raw, unapologetic drama.

Review: The Shameless Betrayals -Boldly told, thought-provoking and gripping — book a copy, you’ll love it!
